Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ auto title processing experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with dealerships and third-party vendors.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process paid-in-full reports, title rejections, and lien releases.
• Handle incoming loan packages and perfected titles.
• Prepare member title documents and guide them through title transfer.
• Support inbound and outbound member and vendor service calls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt title releases.
• Assist with system testing and SOP updates.
