Performance Auto Group is seeking an experienced Title & Registration Specialist to join our team. The role requires handling vehicle titles, registrations, temporary tags, license plates, and related documentation with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state and manufacturer requirements.

The ideal candidate has automotive dealership experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage high transaction volumes while delivering excellent customer service to both customers

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive title and registration processes.
• Knowledge of DMV/MVC procedures and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, license plates, and temporary tags.
• Submit motor vehicle documents to DMV/MVC agencies.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify customer and vehicle information, VINs, liens, and fees.
• Maintain organized records and assist with audits.
• Communicate with customers and other dealership departments.
