Job summary

Capital Automotive Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. You will process and maintain vehicle title and registration documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Sales, Finance, Administration, customers, and lienholders to complete the title process from start to finish, entering data into dealership systems and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidentiality.
• Experience with dealership title processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles for customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Process out-of-state title and registration work.
• Issue tags and registrations through the NC DMV.
• Communicate with lienholders regarding title issues and documentation needs.
• Maintain spreadsheets and tracking records for title transactions.
• Organize title transaction files and archive documents as needed.
• Enter title and registration data into dealership systems.
