Classic VW of Gastonia is seeking an experienced Title Clerk for a full-time position. You will handle titles, registrations, and basic accounting tasks within a busy dealership environment.

Strong admin and communication skills are essential, with knowledge of CDK software preferred but not required. Applicants should bring experience from automotive dealership accounting and a solid grasp of title processes.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience is required.
• Knowledge of title processes and routine accounting functions preferred.
• Proficient with standard accounting software and general computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Process titles and registrations for retail customers.
• Stock vehicles in dealer trades and process title work for outgoing trades.
• Re-assign trade titles and prepare titles for auctions.
• Maintain logs for finance contracts and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Receipt payments and issue checks for dealer trades; perform clerical tasks as needed.
