Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Title Clerk to manage motor vehicle title records and required state documents. You will process titles, lien payoffs, and transfers, while ensuring timely titling and registrations for vehicles.

You will also maintain inventory data in IDS Accounting System and collaborate with the dealership network. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in title work, strong knowledge of title requirements across states, DMV rules, and proficiency with loan origination and tax codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in title work.
• Working knowledge/understanding of title requirements in every state of the U.S. is helpful.
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements.
• Knowledge of loan origination functions mandatory.
• Knowledge of State Tax Codes.
• Knowledge of Sales Tax for multi states.
• Microsoft office experience preferred.
• Detailed oriented and well organized.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process the acquisition of titles from original owners.
• Make lien payoffs.
• Title transfers to the receiving dealership.
• Ensures accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles.
• Record and maintain new and used inventory on IDS Accounting System.
