Bryan College Station Toyota, part of Purdy Group, is hiring a Title Clerk to support the administration office at our dealership in Bryan, TX. We will train you to manage titles, tax documents, and related admin tasks in a team setting.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Prior auto dealership accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicle titles.
• Prepare and process tax and title documents.
• Package car deals for submission to lenders.
• Record the receipt of cash or checks.
• Prepare checks as required.
• Facilitate transfers of vehicle inventory among related companies.
• Provide administrative support to the dealership.
• Carry out duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
• Ensure the correct processing of all internal documents.
• Support team by performing tasks related to organization and effective communication.
