Webb Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Technician- Full Time to join our team in Indiana. We welcome Apprentice, Semi-Skilled, Senior, or Master level technicians and offer competitive pay with weekly paychecks.

The role emphasizes strong diagnostic ability, efficient repairs, and clear communication to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Benefits include health insurance, dental/vision options, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair and maintenance tasks outlined on work orders while meeting dealership quality and productivity standards
• Inspect, road test, and evaluate vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-approved service tools
• Troubleshoot, service, and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical components, HVAC, and other mechanical systems
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair findings, recommend additional services when necessary, and provide accurate repair time estimates
• Perform warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer procedures, specifications, and quality requirements
