Job summary

Webb Automotive is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform repairs and maintenance tasks across a broad range of vehicle systems. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, team collaboration, and adherence to dealership standards.

We welcome Apprentice, Semi-Skilled, Senior, or Master level technicians and offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits. A drug screen and background check are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair and maintenance tasks outlined on work orders while meeting dealership quality and productivity standards.
• Inspect, road test, and evaluate vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-approved service tools.
• Troubleshoot, service, and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical components, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair findings, recommend additional services when necessary, and provide accurate repair time estimates.
• Perform warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer procedures, specifications, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic abilities, efficiency in performing repairs, and excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Our team is open to Apprentice, Semi-Skilled, Senior, or Master level technicians.
