Webb Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician for a full-time role at our Northwest Indiana dealership. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic abilities, performs repairs efficiently, and communicates clearly to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair and maintenance tasks per work orders while meeting dealership standards.
• Inspect, road test, and evaluate vehicles with diagnostic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate findings and time estimates.
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer procedures and quality requirements.
