Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in retail or automotive service.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store employees, set expectations, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Analyze sales data, implement plans to maximize sales and profit targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and equipment.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff in partnership with HR.
