The MOD program offers structured, hands-on certification with mentorship, on-the-job practice, and milestone check-ins to develop leadership standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in retail or automotive service.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and profit goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to relocate or placement in an open store upon program completion.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and align with policy and customer service standards.
• Recruit, interview and hire team members in partnership with HR.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profit targets.
• Manage financials, invoices, and daily reports.
• Maintain store facilities and ensure cleanliness.
