Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a qualified Manager in Training to join our MOD program. This is not entry-level; selected candidates will be certified to assume full store management duties as soon as a vacancy arises.

COMPENSATION: $70,000 per year plus bonus and opportunity. The MOD program offers structured on-the-job training, mentorship from a current Store Manager, and access to Sun University resources to develop leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in retail or automotive service.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and profit goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and communicate with employees on responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Coach and counsel staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Analyze sales trends and implement plans to maximize sales and profits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
