Plaza Tire Service is seeking an Experienced Store Manager via the Manager-On-Deck (MOD) program. This role is not entry-level; selected candidates will be certified and ready to assume full store management duties as vacancies arise.

Compensation is $70,000 per year plus bonus opportunities. The MOD program provides hands-on certification, mentorship, and on-the-job training to prepare you for immediate leadership in a Sun Auto Network environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in a similar role.
• Proven experience in retail or automotive service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to relocate or accept placement in an open store upon program completion.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and communicate regularly with employees on job responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Hold employees accountable through coaching and counseling and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees in partnership with HR; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Analyze business trends; develop plans to maximize sales and meet targets; share results in store meetings.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and proper asset controls.
