Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Shop Helper at the Houston - Pasadena Service Center. The role involves maintaining housekeeping in the production area, assisting in cleaning spray booths, organizing tools, and performing minor maintenance while following SOPs to ensure timely repairs.

The position offers weekly pay with overtime eligibility, and benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision), plus opportunities for career growth and training via I-CAR/ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid drivers license and eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Collision experience or Vo-Tech certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily production-area housekeeping: sweep floors, empty waste cans, organize tools.
• Assist cleaning of spray booths and keep parking lots/grounds neat and orderly.
• Perform minor maintenance/repairs and follow Caliber SOPs to ensure timely work.
