Job summary

Caliber Collision in Charles Town, WV is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to support daily operations in the production area. Responsibilities include housekeeping, sweeping floors, disposing of waste, assisting in cleaning spray booths, and organizing tools to keep the shop efficient and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior production area—sweeping floors, disposing of waste, and organizing tools.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Follow Caliber's SOPs/center procedures to help complete repairs in a timely manner.
