Job summary

Caliber Collision Waxahachie is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties in the production area, including housekeeping, waste disposal, cleaning spray booths, organizing tools, and maintaining the shop and grounds. This role supports technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and safely.

Requirements include being 21+, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility to work in the U.S.; collision experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
• Nice to have: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior production area (sweep floors, empty waste cans, dispose of unwanted parts, clean spray booths, place tools and equipment in their proper location).
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly; assist in minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs as needed.
• Follow Caliber’s SOP and center procedures to help teammates complete repairs in a timely manner.
