Plascore Inc in Zeeland, MI, is seeking an Auto Sheeter for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30PM–6:30AM). The role starts at 20.90 USD/hour with a sign-on bonus of 1200 USD for this position and a 200 monthly incentive for continued service to a year.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load and unload aluminum foil on the automatic and manual sheeting line.
• Enter data from work orders into the main control panel.
• Monitor printed foil to ensure good quality.
• Complete all charts and related paperwork.
• Unload blocks from sheeting table and stage for pressing.
• Maintain equipment and keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Support other production areas as needed.

As an Auto Sheeter you will set up, load and unload aluminum foil on the automatic and manual sheeting line.***SIGN ON BONUS***$1200 FOR THIS ROLE ONLY.$100 EVERY 30 DAYS YOU WORK UNTIL 1 YEAR ($1200).Currently there is an opening for an Auto Sheeter in our Metals division on 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10:30PM to 6:30AM)Metals Auto Sheeter: Starting at $20.90 per hour on the 3rd Shift!Key Responsibilities:Determine what materials need to be sheeted for the day.Enter data from work orders into the main control panel.Monitor printed foil to ensure good quality.Complete all charts and related paperwork.Sheet Aluminum blocks according to work order.Prepare completed block for the pressing operation.Unload blocks from sheeting table and stage for pressing.Monitor equipment and maintain in good working order.Properly dispose of scrap material.Perform inventory checks on a quarterly basis.Assist other production areas as required.Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery by being efficient, productive, and careful.Participate in improving our product, processes, equipment, and methods.Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.Continually looks for ways to improve job efficiency and performance.Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredStrong attention to detailMechanically inclinedAbility to work overtime.Additional Requirements:Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).Plascore is an established global manufacturer of honeycomb core, composite structures, and cleanrooms.
