Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Greeter at our Smyrna, GA dealership. You will be the first contact for arriving service customers, making them feel welcome and directing them to the appropriate staff.

You will also help coordinate with the service department to keep appointments on track and move vehicles through the service lane. The role requires a friendly demeanor, enjoyment of interacting with customers, and the ability to follow manufacturer procedures in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a high school diploma or military equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate dealership representative or waiting area.
• Communicate with dealership staff about customers’ arrival and needs.
• Coordinate with the service department to keep scheduled appointments on track.
• Move vehicles through the service lane to the shop.
• Return vehicles to the service lane for customers when work is completed.
