Job summary
Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to build a world-class training organization focused on automotive technical excellence and service center performance. You will partner with franchisees, field operations, technicians, HR, and leadership to identify skill gaps and translate repair standards into practical training for on-the-job use.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in automotive L&D, hands-on training experience, and a data-driven approach to measure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 8+ years in learning and development, technical training, or automotive service.
- Experience designing hands-on automotive technical training for technicians and service personnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a company-wide automotive learning and development strategy.
- Build structured training programs for technicians, service advisors, managers, franchise leaders, and field teams.
- Maintain technical training on vehicle diagnostics, preventive maintenance, safety, and repair standards.
- Identify skill gaps and opportunities through field visits and performance data.
