Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a General Service Technician to perform basic automotive services, including tire mounting, balancing, oil changes, and inspections, while delivering excellent customer experience.

You will help diagnose basic vehicle issues, install and replace tires, batteries, headlights, and wiper blades, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in a fast-paced tire and service department.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Passion for a career as an automotive technician.
• Eager to learn and driven to succeed.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair basic automotive issues including brakes and electrical components.
• Install and repair tires, batteries, headlights, and wiper blades.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to company policies.
