Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician in La Mesa, CA. This entry-level role offers hands-on service duties, a structured training program to certify you in our services, and a path toward career growth within the company.

You will promote teamwork, deliver high-quality guest care, and follow safety protocols while working in a busy service center environment. This position is ideal for individuals seeking practical automotive experience and a supportive team.

Formación

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending and squatting.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.

Responsabilidades

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure top-quality work and guest experience.
• Participate in the training program to receive certification in offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Check oil level and tire pressure; inspect and refill fluids as necessary.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues promptly.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and squatting, in varied conditions.
