Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief in Lewis Center, OH to lead our service staff, partner with the General Manager, and drive guest satisfaction and sales growth. You will set the tone for performance and model a Guest First mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
