107 Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief in Lewis Center, OH to lead a retail automotive service team. You will work with the GM to guide the crew, drive guest satisfaction, and grow sales through daily leadership and coaching.

The role emphasizes developing teammates, maintaining safety and service standards, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail leadership is valued; automotive experience is not required.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail industry.
• Able to analyze and recommend financial objectives to grow sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align goals.
• Coach and mentor teammates leveraging internal training programs.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per guidelines.
• Provide direction to staff and support guests with questions or needs.
