Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Sound business sense and an understanding of the retail industry.
• Able to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct and appearance.
• Enjoys fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environments.
• Guest First mindset.
• Able to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manual.
• Stand on concrete or metal surfaces and handle up to 50 pounds.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with the General Manager (GM), ensuring revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance such as core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus.
• Set a positive example as a leader while building team engagement and efficiency.
• Ensure our quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Carry out duties such as inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and coordinate with the District Manager on initiatives.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls.
• Provide clear and detailed direction to the team consistently.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per the Guide to Excellence (GTE).
• Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off.
• Assist the GM in building and maintaining an engaged workforce.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction for achieving business goals.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Enforce safety and productivity rules for teammates and guests.
• Assist guests with questions in-person, electronically, or by phone.
