The role develops leadership skills through on-the-job training, coaching, and performance guidance. You will assist with budgeting, forecasts, inventory control, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the shop.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead with GM to grow guest count and improve service metrics.
• Coach and mentor team using internal training programs.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed.
