Job summary

Service Street Tire & Service is seeking a Manager-on-Deck (MOD) to oversee store performance, guest services, and profitability in the South Denver Metro area. You will manage finances, payroll, and operations while coaching staff to meet sales goals and maintain high service standards.

The role requires leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced automotive environment, with opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of management or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and measures business trends; develops and implements plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Reviews invoices and daily reports to identify opportunities for growing the business.
• Maintains controls over assets and follows closing procedures including deposit of cash.
