Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead a fast-paced store team.

You will manage DIY services like battery installations and wiper installs, drive sales goals, coach staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining safety and operational standards. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, on-duty leadership, and inventory systems, with emphasis on training staff on POS and parts lookup tools to optimize profitability and service

Qualifications

• Must review and analyze profit and loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Serve as manager on duty with coaching, floor/phone management, and task assignment.
• Meet and push store sales goals and service objectives.
• Ensure high customer service standards and prompt handling of complaints.
• Enforce safety, store operating procedures, and open/close duties.
