You will oversee DIY services, scheduling, safety, and inventory, ensuring top-notch customer experiences and efficient use of POS systems and diagnostics tools.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and analyzing P&L statements.
• 2–3 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to manage profitability and drive sales while maintaining customer service excellence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle complaints promptly.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, coaching, safety, and opening/closing duties.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and effective use of POS and parts lookup systems.
• Lead execution of diagnostics equipment and testing processes for DIY services.
