Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach teams to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Manager on duty duties: coaching, floor/phone management, safety, open/close tasks.
• Lead change management and foster an inclusive environment.
• Provide DIY services (battery install, wiper install) and support district/region as needed.
• Review and analyze P&L statements and store performance.
