Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center. You will inspect and service vehicles quickly and thoroughly, ensure superior customer experiences, and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, performing multi-point inspections, advising on additional services, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High level of motivation with hands-on management skills.
• Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Automotive experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and provide a high level of customer service.
• Perform multi-point inspection and advise Service Consultant and/or VSI for additional work.
• Oversee store operations and manage all duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store and complete stock orders.
