Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store, ensuring top-notch customer service, efficient vehicle service, and smooth daily operations. You’ll oversee team performance, assist in vehicle inspections, and coordinate stock while upholding the company’s values.

Ideal candidates bring motivation, strong communication, and a customer-centric approach; automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure high level of service
• Oversee store operations in Store Manager's absence
• Perform and supervise vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks
• Coordinate inventory and stock orders
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Ensure adherence to SOS guidelines and company core values
• Guide Service Consultants on additional mechanical work when needed
