Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting customers, quoting service costs, documenting recommendations, and supervising workflow. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, with hourly pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Experience in sales, customer service or automotive field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work five days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicle history, and identify service needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations.
• Provide accurate quotes and update customers on service status.
• Document all recommendations in the customer file and manage shop workflow.
