Job summary

Plaza Tire Service, powered by The Sun Auto Network, seeks an Assistant Manager to promote all products and services, follow store standards, and help manage the team and workflow in the shop. They serve as the manager on duty when the store manager is away.

Compensation is $50,000-$80,000 per year, consisting of hourly pay plus commission. Candidates typically have a High School Diploma, sales or automotive experience, a valid driver’s license, and availability five days per week, including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Document customer concerns and verify service needs against history.
• Recommend services and document all recommendations in the file.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes and update customers on status throughout the day.
• Follow procedures when finalizing tickets and explain warranties.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
