Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Experience in sales, customer service or automotive-related field.
• Valid driver's license; must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and communicate recommendations from technicians to customers.
• Promote services, parts and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with costs and completion times; update customers on progress.
• Process tickets, review multi-point inspections and explain warranties.
• Follow up after repairs to ensure satisfaction; track returns and warranties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
