Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager to lead automotive service teams and ensure top‑tier customer satisfaction. You will schedule work, guide technicians, and maintain standards while coordinating parts and equipment purchases.

Pay ranges from $19.57 to $29.36 per hour, with growth opportunities and benefits. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, several years of auto service experience, and a proven ability to recruit, train, and coach staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.
• Capacity to lead and coach others and recruit technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and issue resolution.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
