Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Service Manager or Assistant Manager experience.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable with sales and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations and keep workflow moving efficiently.
• Manage work orders, scheduling, and daily shop priorities.
• Deliver a strong customer experience from intake through completion.
• Coach and support technicians and service staff.
• Present repair recommendations and drive service sales while maintaining customer trust.
• Coordinate parts ordering and inventory needs.
• Communicate with customers and service team throughout repair.
• Use Outlook, Excel, and Word to support daily operations.
