Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: open/close, daily game plan, safe/clean shop.
• Own the guest experience: greet, advise, build estimates, explain work, close sales.
