Job summary

Capitol Chevrolet, part of the Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG), is seeking a Service Director to lead our automotive service team and deliver world-class guest service. You will oversee all service operations, mentor staff, meet OEM requirements, and drive the department toward higher CSI and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Director.
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• DMV check required.

Responsibilities

• Guide, lead and mentor the service organization to maximize personal potential.
• Implement strategies and processes to meet department objectives.
• Ensure a great guest experience.
• Develop relationships with every team member.
• Maintain a service follow-up system for repeat/referral business.
• Hire and supervise service department personnel and monitor performance.
• Craft goals and objectives including an annual budget and marketing plan.
• Maintain a high CSI by addressing customer complaints promptly.
