Job summary

Copeland Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our state-of-the-art service operation. Located off busy Route 24, our facility seeks a strong leader who can elevate service performance and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of automotive dealership service management experience, a customer-first mindset, and strong leadership. GM dealership experience and Reynolds & Reynolds DMS knowledge are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years automotive retail service management experience.
• General Motors dealership experience preferred.
• ASE Certification (C1) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the service department.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores.
• Assist with vehicle diagnostics as needed.
• Order parts, equipment, and tools when necessary.
• Manage warranty administration and claim processing.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise service staff.
• Collaborate with upper management on hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with laws and manufacturer requirements.
