Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail/customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug and background check including MVR.
• Must be team oriented and dedicated to high customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries in person or by phone.
• Document vehicle concerns and assist technicians in diagnosis.
• Discuss service specials with customers.
• Prioritize services and present options.
• Document declines and follow up on future service.
• Keep customers informed on completion times and costs.
• Assist with vehicle handover to ensure customer concerns are resolved.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Know the product and answer vehicle questions.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and bi-weekly timekeeping in absence of Store Manager.
