Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL and clean driving record.
• Accredited training in service advisory skills, customer satisfaction and quality control.
• Automotive service advisor experience.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.
• Ability to concentrate with interruptions.
• Multitasking skills.
• Proficient with computers/business machines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to determine repair/service needs.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building relationships.
• Uphold ethical business practices and professional image.
