Jiffy Lube LLC. / Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) seeks a General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center in Nampa, ID. You will drive daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members including evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales, profitability, and retention.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and deposits.
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory and manage supply orders to prevent shrinkage.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalations.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA/environmental compliance.
