Job summary

BMW of Sarasota is hiring for a Business Development Center Representative in our Service Department. This role is a call center position focused on answering inbound calls, setting service appointments, and making outbound follow-ups on recent services.

Starting pay is $19 per hour. You will join a team that values exceptional customer service, enthusiasm, and a drive to exceed expectations. The schedule includes a 5-day work week with Saturdays and some Sundays required.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive BDC experience preferred
• High volume outbound call experience required
• Handle inbound calls
• 5-day work week; Saturdays required, Sundays may be required
• Team environment and training provided

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
• Make outbound follow-up calls on recent service visits
