Job summary

Sarasota CDJR Fiat is seeking a friendly, organized BDC Service Representative to be the first contact for our service department. You will help customers book appointments, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include handling service calls, following up on internet requests, scheduling appointments, and recording all interactions in our CRM. A professional appearance and basic knowledge of vehicle service are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Basic understanding of vehicle service is helpful.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiar with computers and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and make follow-up calls.
• Respond to internet service lead requests.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle service.
• Follow-up after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Work closely with service advisors to pass along important customer details.
