Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer for an automotive repair shop.
• Self-starter, initiative.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy: proficient with computers, CRM platforms, and TekMetric.
• Professional, positive demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Assist FOH team in delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
• Build relationships through transparent communication and trust.
• Translate customer concerns into accurate repair orders and collaborate with technicians on cost-effective solutions.
• Present services and maintenance recommendations clearly and ethically to maximize satisfaction and shop performance.
• Manage records, warranties, follow-ups, and payments with precision.
• Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and delivering 5-star service.
