Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service advisor or service writer experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to explain recommendations clearly and manage multiple repair orders.

Responsibilities
