Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work five days, including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and reference service history.
• Recommend services and explain options to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates.
• Update customers throughout the service day.
• Process payments and explain warranties.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
