Sun Auto Tire & Service in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, helping them understand vehicle needs, and ensuring a smooth service experience from start to finish.

This role suits those who enjoy customer interaction, sales, problem-solving, and teamwork. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour with uncapped commissions, plus benefits including tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and company-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicle history to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional technician recommendations.
• Provide accurate quotes with costs and completion times; update customers during the day.
• Process transactions and explain warranties and post-repair steps.
• Follow up on returns, warranty parts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
