Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience is required.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Track record of high performance and strong customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn OEM processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Write repair orders for customer pay and warranty repairs.
• Obtain client agreement prior to all repairs.
• Explain requested services clearly to customers.
• Estimate time and cost for repairs.
• Advise on proper vehicle care and maintenance.
• Monitor progress of vehicles and update customers.
• Greet customers promptly.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Test drive vehicles when required.
• Verify final invoices and reconcile charges.
