Job summary

A high school diploma is required, with ASE certification preferred, and prior experience in auto repair or service advisory. This is an on-site position in California.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ASE certification preferred.
• 3–5 years in auto repair or service advisor role.
• Experience with shop management systems and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members to determine auto repair needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document repairs, diagnostics and maintenance in the shop management system.
• Source and estimate parts for repairs and coordinate with technicians.
• Schedule work and prepare estimates; explain services and charges clearly.
• Ensure timelines are accurate and communicate progress to customers.
• Maintain records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
